no surprise he's making more outisde of the ufc... ufc is known to low ball their fighters and shit on them if they dont agree on peanut pay. im rooting for ben and i know he is capable of winning this no matter the technique he will show. even if he didnt have much of success in ufc he still was a fighter all his life, while this kid is like 3-4 years into training hands

First of all, he's 36 and hasn't doesn't even have that much mileage. Second of all, you're God Damn Right he better win, or the youtube fanboy casuals will have a grain of truth in their shit-talking against MMA.
And, like you, I've watched too much MMA, and been disappointed too many times, to have any confidence that the more experienced, better conditioned, more accomplished athlete and martial artist will win

Believe in Ben's work ethic. To say his striking is subpar for UFC might be an understatement but he is a former Olympic wrestler who was undefeated before coming to the UFC. What that at least shows is that if he puts his mind into something, he will go after it hard. I'm quite certain that if he solely focuses on improving his boxing, he might just surprise us all. Ben is no joke.

Even being the older man he should have vastly superior cardio. Probably wise to be wary first couple of rounds then step things up. He does have some of the worst stand up I have seen from such an accomplished overall fighter though. I mean the other guy looks to at least have better technique boxing wise.
