Crime in certain communities has gone down. Others have stayed the same or increased. Also with the latest crime statistics, as well as the economic situation we will soon be facing, we may be back to or beyond peak crime rates soon enough enough.

It almost like we can look at events since the 60s and connect them to reasons why we have certain issuses. We saw an increase in the number of single mother of 6 fold since the 60s. In the 70s and then again in the 80s we had massive increases in the number imprisonments. Growing household wealth gaps even with a much higher percentage of women participation increasing dramatically. None of that has anything to do with societal issues at all, huh?

None of that would have any effect. Single parent households, lack of personal responsibility and societal acceptance of degenerate behavior are the root causes. The only thing that can be done is to penalize this behavior, not reward it by chucking money at it.

There are shitty parents of all races. There are good parents of all races. It's not race or poverty that causes this. There have been really poor people of all races that were good parents. Values matter more than poverty when determining someone's behavior. Poverty becomes an issue when it's literally steal or starve. Short of that though, it isn't the deciding factor.
