I can't. I do healthy shit m-f. Saturday is where I go crazy with eating shit. Sunday is when I pay for it so I don't eat much of anything. Then back to the grind on Monday.

I actually do them in the air fryer. I marinate them overnight in the fridge then cook them in the air fryer for about 12 minutes. Delicious.

I just keep it simple and use a dry rub I use barbecue or a spicy version. I just coat the wings in a little oil, you really don't need much then mix them with the rub and leave them overnight.

I will put a little Franks hot sauce on them as well from time to time.

The only fried non vegetable food that looks and tastes good is fish-n-chips, and I am not talking about that greasy Exxon Valdez oil spill level abomination the Brits call Fish-n-Chips !
