RBR Itauma v Whyte August 16th

Just say American Football :) and yeah you're spot on about Turki needing UK talent, I hope the mid and lighter weight US fighters (where we still have some talent) don't join any asinine Dana White league, this whole UBO concept goes nowhere if that happens around the world. They can stock their league with MMA rejects and call someone a world champion and it will carry the same weight as the reigning WBF or IBC champion.
Basketball, Baseball, NASCAR, Ice Hockey

very few countries play these sports, they are about as popular as womens football, which ironically, is VERY popular in America

American football is also known as gridiron football elsewhere in the world. Many sports fans here in the US like to constantly pit it against rugby without even realizing that it was derived from rugby & soccer (association football).

you have sent me down a rabbit hole here, i always just thought gridiron was a video game name for American Football(as i know it), but it appears that isnt the case at all

Future champ train, and jobber to stars train about to clash

we could be about to see a Jared Anderson moment here, too much too soon?

i'm guessing Whyte and his team hope that is the case is it got Bakole a decent payday and he doesn't seem interested in fighting ever again

i think we need to remember, Itauma hasn't ever been hit, Whyte has only ever lost to Joshua, Povetkin and Fury

3 very good HW fighters

I'm on the fence now, Whyte when in shape is a hard hard guy to beat, and only the better fighters of the division have ever done it, this is going to be very interesting if Whyte can last a few rounds and start to push Itauma back a bit

Made up that Itauma is stepping up though, no good him just knocking out bums for another 10 fights

Good card but I’m so gutted that Cacace had to pull out. Him vs ford was the best fight on the card imo

Big Dave can crack but Hrgovic has a good chin, brave matchmaking from Booth lol
Hoping Dillian puts it on him and he shows more resilience than his brother.

Just took a look at that previous announcement. Apparently it doesn't go into effect until November. Bummer.
It’s going to be an extra charge for the ring magazine events … not included on the regular dazn subscription
