RBR Itauma v Whyte August 16th

Pretty excited to see how main plays out, on paper Itauma looks to be unstoppable here, but the experience factor Whyte brings, well if he gets flattened like the rest so far it’ll really stir up some conversations I think.

I don't get the hype around this dude.

Yeah it’s a real head scratcher. Unbeaten in 12 pro fights at only 20 years old. Unbeaten as a jnr amateur who was sparring top pro CW/HWs as a school kid! The best coaches in this country have been fucking raving about him for the last couple of years, but yeah, don’t understand the hype??

Just try and catch the fight, if he performs like previous occasions you’ll see be happy you did.

I've seen a few of his fights but every prospect looks impressive against cans. I just haven't seen anything from him that makes me think he's special. But after Usyk retires, HW is wide open and it's unlikely he won't become undisputed. There's just no other prospects.

What would you need to "get" for someone of his age to impress you?

Tyson-esque.

The comparisons are a bit unfair, when anyone gets compared to Tyson the reality is going to be underwhelming. If Dillian takes him the distance everyone will calm down. Obviously has the skills but the intangibles?

He said "someone of his age".

Good, Goodman says he’s broke as fuck, hope he gets a good payday
if Whyte is saying he is broke, then its on him

fucking hate people who have had lots of money and been a dickhead with it
