What does being suspect of this because HBO is involved mean?

They’ve done a shit job lately with some shows like ‘House of The Dragon’, last few seasons of GoT, and most of ‘True Detective’ series.. their quality has dipped imo. Past their prime

I hope that military going into the sewer stuff is done well, it already kinda turned me off a bit.

Looks like this will be another win for the shareholders. May their ROI be fat and the line keep going up

Never watched any IT movie. I dont like horror . However the character Pennywise is interesting.

Is IT Horror in the same vein as like Dr. Sleep and the like or is it like a insidious etc. ?

When i watch should I watch the 80s mini series first or just skip an go to most recent 2 movies ?

Its class but if you dont like horror, prob dont bother to be honest. Doubt you'll like it.

Wow I'm out of touch, I thought Tony Hinchcliffe was the wimpy guy from Arrested Development!

Anyway I'm planning on getting HBO for a bit to visit some older stuff and may check this out
David Cross!? Shame on you... Not that you don't know Hinchcliffe, because he's not worth the time but that you might possibly mistake Cross for him. Assuming that's who you mean...
