He has pink hair, he is fully prepared and ready to put a win up again Periera
Sherdog doesn't act like Alex obliterated Izzy in every minute of their fights.Lol he's not coming in to wrestle heavy. He's coming in to do what he does best, which he's had success against Alex in all their fights despite some the dipshittery you read on here. I'm far from an Adesanya fan but Sherdog has to quit acting like Pereira just obliterated Izzy in every minute of all their figths.
He's definitely going to mix in the grappling, but the primary gameplan is 1000% on the feet.
<45><Lmaoo>he won striking the last 2x
Its like you shertards have erased from your memory he only got to land his bombs the last 2x fights because he got 2nd chances
Even his boy Gilbert Burns knows this, said this, and picked Izzy to win.
lol, no wonder you got 1k posts in over a month, you probably never breath fresh air or experience stuff in real life, your whole knowledge base is probably off this echo chamber of stupidity called sherdog.
Look if you can't understand the dynamics at play when you watch a fight, the very simple detail Izzy had Alex all by TKO'd twice, and he was saved by the bell and the ref - which to translate for you, means Izzy has demonstrated he can do, he does it first, and Alex can't take it. Its minor detail which unless you're next to brain dead you will pick up. Everyone betting knows it - thats why Izzy is the favourite
Maybe you're one of those hard learning cases and need someone special to explain it to you - well you're in luck!
This video has UFC fighters (including Gilbert Burns) explaining why they pick Izzy to win - and its exactly the same reasons I have outlined above.
English. Go and learn it. I should. In case which. If forthcomingly. Gibberish nonsense to end my post.lol, like I have always said, the average shertard posters peak of knowledge is "who won"
The world knows that happened to Izzy, and yet hes still the favourite - because the world also knows that before that, Alex was out... yet he had a hometown ref. I should say, the world less a few retards on the internet, of which you are a part of![]()
Lol at this retard questioning anyone else's intelligence. Without competition the dumbest poster on Sherdog.lmao retard give it a rest, you realise we're talking in a thread where you think fighters are seriously training in fight week.
The burden of proof is stacked against me? lmao you clueless moron. Izzy is the favourite, that means most of the money on the fight is going on Izzy.
Figthers are picking Izzy to win.
Like I said before, and like you keep proving, your understanding of the history is limited to "0-3". Any detail beyond that is too much for you peanut brain.
No wonder you got 1k posts in a month, tieing your shoelaces and navigating the block probably a mental overload for you.
Stacrafty getting his ass handed to him in debate and he's too dumb to see it. Never mind, like Izzy he can just pretend this loss is in fact a W.lol You were the one who brought up Vegas odds but now when it comes to which fighter is more likely to end the fight striking by those very odds you don't want to answer.
I don't need use weak things like odds to justify my argument.
I can just do this:

Yes. Bingo. He is either dumb as fuck or doesn't even believe his own nonsense that he regurgitates 100 x a threadI think you all are speaking past each other. I don't think that the 0-3 history is the only detail to be considered, but you're acting like it doesn't even matter, when it probably matters more than any other single detail.
Are you sure that's gonna be the game plan? I honestly think Izzy's ego would only allow him to strike to prove a point. I'd go as far as to say Izzy has no chance at wrestling Alex for 5 rounds.
No doubt Alex is sparring Glover multiple times per week. Can you imagine the takedowns, pressure and Ground n Pound he's dealing with on a regular basis? Much worse than anything Israel can give out on the ground anyway.
And then Israel had 20 more minutes to replicate what he did in the end of the first, he couldn't. It's not about protecting his chin, Israel has been fighting to not lose for a while a now and he's been stuck with that fighting style. Other fighters would have tried to finish with killer instinct and at least try to finish what they started had they been in Israel's gloves, but Israel lacks aggressiveness and that was ultimately his downfall. He's a point fighter by heart, that is his only way of winning at point.

he's just a bit nervous, and that'll go away come fight time.
Its a unique situation, really stands alone in combat sports. Its been said a million times but Izzy lived the actual nightmare of a former opponent who beat him at the highest level in kickboxing, apropos of nothing follow him to MMA and take away his title - and he did it after only 7 MMA fights.
Absolutely wild and virtually unimaginable scenario.
No doubt Izzy is an experienced professional and will fight when its time to fight, but this is a different type of pressure than he's ever experienced. Its actually a different type of stress and pressure any fighter has ever experienced.
Israel posted some wrestle heavy training videos as well. That's okay. It's his only play here to try to get Alex worried about the the TD because Alex is clearly the better striker. I don't think it has an effect on Alex though. Israel is not going to turn into some offensive wrestling beast overnight. It's a desperation move on his part.Izzy kind of leaked his gameplannin the press thing the other day.
He mentioned fucking Alex up on the ground. And since Pereira looked pretty horrible on the ground, and looks like a fucking comic book apex predator on his feet, maybe that isn't a terrible idea..
Now, actually doing it, that is another story.
Also Alex looks to be strong as fuck.Israel posted some wrestle heavy training videos as well. That's okay. Lets see Alex beat Whitaker, Vettori, Brunson, etc. Alex has yet to face a grappler in the UFC. Who knows. He didn't have the takedowns to do anything last time out. It would be very surprising to me if he could improve his wrestling this fast especially with how little time there is between fights. Alex may well be the superior wrestler and striker at this point. His game looks like it's growing faster than Israel.
Israel has shown less evolution than Alex.
