Islam wins by round scoring, Volk wins by dominance

The contest being a match judged round by round. Islam won 3-2. A fight being a combat to impose your dominance over the enemy. Volk ended up on top, pouring punches on a hurt and exhausted Islam. Threw the more damaging shots during the fight, inflicted more damage overall.

Why is his medical suspension twice as long as Islam's?

They're crying because their countryman lost. Not because he was robbed. Islam won the fight. 1 minute of "dominance" in the last round doesn't win you the entire fight. Islam landed the harder punches, and was countering Volk all night long. He got takedowns, and had more control. Aside from one slip up, Islam easily won that fight.
