From my understanding it’s because this went to civil court not criminal. The punishment was the payout. This is being taken to high court now, so we’ll see what happens from here

Rose got mentally screwed, Chiesa was cut and lost a potential title shot. Ray Borg had a kid in the hospital and needed the money and couldn't fight either. Schaub ended up paying for hospital bills for his family later. The driver got injured.

If they is signed, I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t do it. Poirier & Khabib could’ve stooped to his level they didn’t, instead they let their fighting do the talking. But imagined if they did went in on Conor, Conor would be embarrassed and probably pull out of the fight because his feelings hurt.
