Thats the thing when it comes to say we are talking the TAF and EAF are bigger. Yes skill wise and technology wise IAF is bigger.

the one thing i think the IAF needs is long range bombers instead of tactile bombers

TAF has a total of 668 aircraft, 223 of which are combat aircraft.

IAF has 684 aircraft, 244 of which are combat aircraft.

IAF is slightly larger than the TAF.

Israel doesn't have the infrastructure to support long range bombers. Given the Iranian threat, they need to start spending those shekels and get it.

also the EAF will be operating F-16s, Rafales and mig-35s. Also ordered Ka-52 and mil-35s. They also have good AEW aircraft as well.

i'd say there is a little big better then turkey and IAF maybe not pilot wise. they do have a semi indian army kinda of vibe to them

Egypt was so happy when their pilots were finally able to hit a single target, that they made Mubarak a national hero. The Indian army at least has Gurkhas, Egypt is still several piles of camel shit below that.

lmao for the record i'm not hyping any middle eastern army.

but i'm just saying they made some pretty intresting purchases. Honestly the IAF is superior, just not in number. i still think it could use a medium bomber or long range bomber

As HTS (nusra) issues a fatwa threatening to attack any FSA groups entering Idlib and groups that protect them (Ahrar) after the peace talks in Astana the State Department is offering 10 million for the nusra leader Jolani.

SDF have captured the town of Tabqa and the nearby Tabqa dam some 40km west of IS stronghold of Raqqa.

The war is over the ''moderate'' rebels are done for.

Assad will simply besiege and allow the rebels to leave and go to Idlib and there is nothing the ''moderate'' rebels can do to stop it.

It will end within two years.

I hope you're right but it's in the interest of a number of actors to have the war drag on & for Syria fall into deeper chaos, so they probably won't sit back & let Assad back in.

At this point in time it would take a ground invasion + open war with Russia to depose Assad.

Essentially WW3 nobody is stupid enough to want that.

He doesn't have to be deposed-- just having the conflict drag on for another five years is enough. That would suit, for example Israel & the Saudis (strange bedfellows here) better than a stable Syria.

-isis and sdf arrangement apparently upset some in u.s command
The deal allowed 70-100 isis fighters to leave taquba in exchange for them to dismantle ieds and other traps left behind

- assorted pro regime militas foriegn and even some domestic all being flown through manbij prepping for arrangement to assault deir el zour
Isis have apparently stepped up attacks there and palmyra in response

- regime gains areas in starvation settlements one in damscus one in darra

-trump to meet edrogan to next week to discuss issues
Hard to see how any leyway its obvious sdf has green light on raqqua op
Meanwhile turkish troops sit around and help train about 10k fsa groups

- u.s and sa set to conclude huge 100 bil weapons deal that many feel will inpact both syria and yemen.

-tow hero released from hts custody
But Hts have apparently had all relgious sermons this week geared towards the evils of the newly being formed eastern fsa force (est 20-30k strong if allowed to form) and their old rivals anhar al sham...prepping for more internal war while regime axis focus on deir it seems.

Once Damascus is cleared, Asad will have thousands more troops to reinforce other areas. With Mosul operation in Iraq reaching final stages, I expect more and more Shia militia will pour into Iraq to assist the regime. Meanwhile, the "moderate" rebels are still busy shooting each other.

Their fates are set in stone, but they just don't know it yet. Only a Western intervention can save them.

Mosul will release thousands of battle hardened militia's for combat in Syria.

It's basically just the old city now in Mosul. The Iraqi's have been making some pretty amazing progress lately. ISIS must be running out of supplies and morale. Though without any exit they will fight to the bitter end.

I can only hope the foreign fighters are shown no mercy. Let these ISIS degenerates disappear into the darkest dungeon.

I suppose the real question is: can they fight?

War isn't just about kit - although it can be fairly important. Saudi Arabia is an example of a country with all the gear and no idea.
