From a quick glance most of the footage appears to be recycled.

Tu-22 footage is from some earlier strikes flying from Mozdok which is why those are half empty.

They also used to fly from Russia which made them carry more fuel. Flying out of Iran they can carry about twice as many bombs.

Significant development. Iran and Russia used to have conflicting interests over how Syria should be handled and they stayed out of eachothers operations before. Southern Aleppo, where Irans involvment is concentrated, had no Russian involvement at all until the latest rebel offensive.
