Oh, I'm not complaining. Just wondered what took you fellas so long to come around. Looking forward to next week's "I met this guy off Grindr..." Thread.
I was going to say something similar. It could be natural, if he'd taken years to make that transformation, but he did it a matter of months.
Just curious since you seem to know way more about this than I do, do you see any evidence of it in the picture I provided above for the 50's body builders? Or would you guess most are natty?Nothing from the photos is evidence of steroids. He likely was on cutting agents to get that leanness, but the telltale signs of roid use arent there- ie, varicose veins, capped delts, bulging traps. He is still tiny, and mainly looks "swole" because of low body fat.
That said, Hollywood actors that are dependent on their physique will take shortcuts to get there. So I wouldn't rule out mild Test assistance. But those photos alone are not enough to prove it.
He's been training hard with Shane Carwin. He is like 5'5' -- not hard to get them muscle gains when you fail at the gaining of height.

I remember a while back, he did a stint in rehab for cocaine.
He was on some talk show and he said he works out 3-4 hours a day and is on a strict diet.

Even IF he was. He still has to put in the work.
You aren't going to look like that by just taking roids.
Not sure what you mean.
I'm no expert. But just taking steroids without putting in work won't have you looking like that
