Leftist riots in France yesterday. Do you think the police officer would be justified if he used lethal force on the guys?

Well, the officer who got out of that car didn't freak out and attack despite having that blue thing whipped at him. So apparently he didn't think so. calm as a cucumber.

If that shit happened in NY, let's just say ...it wouldn't get that far..

If this was the US that guy would've been shot.

Do cops in France carry guns?

If so, I am amazed those people didn't get shot.

The guy with the giant roman candle was probably grounds for getting shot.

Watch the vidya clip. Officer has a gun.

What were they rioting about?

yeah, id say trying to light a cop car on fire with an officer in it should warrant a cop spraying that guys grey matter all over the pavement.

Absolutely not, he would be in a world of shit.

Genova 2001 (G8 summit), this idiot with the fire estinguisher and a few others assault a police car. The car gets cornered, a policeman fires and kill the idiot.
You don't even want to know what happened to that policeman.
This is Europe...things work this way unfortunately

im going to assume english is not your first language.

Want to try writing that sentence out again?

Sure it's not my main language.
But it's pretty clear what I'm saying, in Europe you are not granted at all to spray anything over the pavement, I wasn't saying it's wrong to do so, personally I would fire with an M60 at man's height, but simply you can't do it or you are in a world of trouble as a policeman.

Absolutely grounds for lethal force by the officer.

As a civilian that is licensed to carry a firearm and if my car was being battered and lit on fire, I woul shoot to kill.

That police officer is boss as fuck. Good on him for taking those lashes and turning the other cheek.

By the way, I'm not sure if it is always, but generally british police is unarmed.
Maybe in this kind of manifestations they carry guns I don't know, but generally not.
All the others in Europe, as far as I know, carry gun.

A few years ago this happened in Rome.
There was so much fuss about this picture, nobody gave a shit for the crowd assaulting the police man, they all focused on the gun.
"How is it possible that he had a gun in his hand!!"
I cant find the picture now, anyway turned out that the policeman, being beaten by those fuckers, lost the gun from his holster, gun that anyway was with the safe and latched up with a sort of safety rope to his belt. That guy under the people had the guts to grasp around and put his gun back in the holster, to avoid any imbecile to do even worse.
They crucifixed him, beign a bunch of left-wing morons.

People not being shot down for dumb reasons is a positive point of Europe, regardless of how retarded the people protesting are.

I agree on that, although I would like to see a lot more of truncheon use. That guy above in France should have broken his truncheon on the arsonist's head, one single but well assessed shot, bam!
