Teddy Riner transitioning into MMA would have been very interesting but that's never going to happen unfortunately.

Sure, except for the stadiums that sell out every Sunday. lol. people PAY MONEY to watch pre-season football.

Take a current NFL player, who is the equivalent to what Brock was in the WWE when he got into MMA, and that player would be a huge draw.

There are several NFL cities that don't have home games on TV since they dont' even sell out. And that's cities of a million or more people that can't get 60k people to go.

How many of your friends have NFL season tickets? Or even go to games? My guess is that you would count them on on hand. They don't pay. Some random NFL lineman, like the bullshit names being thrown around wouldn't draw flies.

Don't forget Micheal Westbrook went to MMA and never got off of regional shows. And he was well known at the time he went in. So maybe, and that's just maybe if a Peyton Manning level name fought they would outdraw Brock. But most names, they wouldn't.
