There won't be one, the Colby thing was just a hoax to get him even remotely worthy of a title shot in the public eye. Not that he is remotely worthy but even the UFC could see it would have been pure insanity to just pick him off the shelf for a new shot at the title so they did this.

The problem with Whittaker as a backup fighter is he's already lost to Izzy twice. If Posatan doesn't make weight, does anyone really care to see that trilogy?

Someone like Dricus du Plessis would be a better option IMO, not sure if he's even available though. But as we saw with Pavlovich recently, the backup doesn't necessarily have to be the next guy in line.
