Social Is the Victorian (middle class) Aesthetic the best style of dress?

I much prefer how they dressed in 100,000 BC

Practical, nothing ostentatious or pretending to show status or how much of a whore you are.

Men used to dress with some class. Now y’all got skid marks showing through the back of your grey sweatpants at Walmart. So much has been lost to time.

We still do. Today I wore the Dockers Classic Fit Signature Lux Cotton Pleated Stretch Pants in Black, a J. Peterman Shirt in Navy Blue. I wash my ass with a bidet and wipe dry, so there are no skid marks on my underwear. Now calm your tits lady!

To answer the OP's question: from the pictures you showed us, no the Victorian Era sucks in terms of fashion. There is a reason fashion evolved, YES EVOLVED MOTHERFUCKER! Although to find something that is really pleasing to the eye and comfortable you have to look at many different stores. I can never find the clothes I need at any one particular store.

I found a US Marines double breasted peacoat at a flea market in Bath. All the buttons had the Marines insignia on them. Loved that coat. It was super warm but the wool was so scratchy that I got a sort of irritation callus where the collar hit my neck LOL.

Taking some time on your appearance makes you feel good and if you feel good people respond to you better. But I can only do that so much. Sweatpants are easy and comfy .
