Is the UFC PI really helping the fighters?

He left training camp? Interesting.

Watch Pumping Iron - Arnold didn't let his dad dying get in the way of his prep.

It reminded me of Penn blowing off TC leading up to the rematch with GSP.

I asked about this last month and I was told it is to early to say or reveal any true findings on fighter performance.

However fighter performance has been in past researched with the technology on-hand already.

What interests me is from the medical/scientific field having developed new further studies on recovery and anabolic methods of performance so on.

There has been many published medical journals with interest in Qi Gong and how the body produces energy but still lacking the understanding in how certain areas of the body actually work.

Its deep and complicated, I'll see if i can find the published medical journal later on.......... its deep though but very interesting for those studying sport sceince or related field.

Damnnnnnn. Great reference. That bummed me out.

Gave your post a like but I loved it when Penn did that. I was amazed he’d be so nonchalant about finally getting another chance to prove he was better than GSP.

I feel that it's a fantastic tool to supplement a fighter's camp but I'm not sure that it provides enough guidance on its own for a fighter to get what they need to be a complete fighter.

Can't say much, but I know Yana Kunitskaya seems to be very happy there, and she won her last fight by a wide margin.

I just noticing someone fighters who had been working with them are declining lately.

it also the holiday season so people could be spending alot of time with family.

not that many fighters on the roster live in vegas full time.
