Its a good Submission invented by Dan Severn. Who invented the grip of the rear naked choke, it was always used with holding the bicep but Dan changed it and did the palm to palm rear naked choke and it was Gold and hope he recieves royalties for his creation as thats the way its mostly applied in todays UFC fights, not the bicep way
