Aikido likes to focus on just "one point" in their techniques. Don't know why. It looks more like a Pro-Wrestling Lariat/Clothesline than an actual Judo throw, Osoto Gari.

It just goes to show how bad the techniques in the art are.

Aikido techniques are:

• One Point of Contact
• Ttrained against Willing Partners
• Unproven in Competition

Judo Techniques are:

• Multiple Points of Contact
• Trained against Resisting Opponents
• Proven in Competition

That is really all you need to know when deciding which one to train in.

Sea gal is a black belt in both though....Karate as well.

His martial art style if it was allowed in MMA would end fights and injure those unlucky to actually challenge him very quickly.
