I can't even complain about people using horrible form because almost all of the big ass dudes at my gym use the worst form but it still works apparently.
There's certainly a form that's generally accepted as best but some people are different. Some forms work better for some folks than others because every body is different. Some motions that would injure a normal person work best for someone else and cause no injury. I'm not a big lifter but that's just something I noticed when I was younger, there isn't really an exact way to do this shit we're just lifting heavy things and putting them back.
