When I briefly got into lifting, I focused so much on form but would constantly see ripped dudes using terrible form for every lift imaginable.

I mean, they're going to destroy their bodies, but it seems to work out in the meantime.

I remember seeing Ronnie Coleman workout videos where his form looked like shit. Lots of people used to think "well it's working for him", but eventually the accumulative damage built up and he's paying for it now. MMA has it's own equivalent in Cain Velasquez. It worked for a bit, but now he's got the joints of a 50 year old.

Yes, there's nothing really unnatural looking about her, she just looks like she hits the gym every day and lifts heavy. I see chicks like this all the time at my gym. If she was juicing, she'd look like the drag queen that was posted already in this thread.
