Nicco Montano is still easily the worst. Didn’t even beat the other finalist on TUF to get the belt and was a whopping 4-2 when she won it. Pennington isn’t great but has been around a while and hung around near the top, even though the division sucks.

Julianna Pena was far worse. As mediocre as Pennington is, I really hope she mops the floor with Pena and sends her to retirement.
