Is Pork okay?

Deeelish!

Fuck that...I eat lean pork chops at least once a week if not twice.

3 to 5 ounces of lean pork is a great source of protien. Nothing wrong with it once or twice a week.

Meat is meat. I've had many'a'blacks try to tell me there's no nutrition in pork and that it's made of worms or whatever bullshit they hear from liars. It's all bullshit. Meat is meat.

Bacon-

is the absolute, hands down, best fucking flavor and aroma on this earth.

Period.

Yes, pork is okay to eat. Obviously your views on animal fat consumption will dictate the cut and portion size. I use pork loin in several recipes and I occasionally grill up some loin chops. It certainly isn't my main protein choice, but it does break-up the monotony of chicken and fish.

Pork Ribs and Bacon!
Enough said!

The problem with pork is that there are rational reasons for it being banned in a lot of cultures and religions, such as Islam, Judaism and GracieJiu-Jitsu.

Well, it's a good thing I don't believe in one of those religious fairytales. Don't muslims also accept the fact that they marry cousins? And pigs are dirty?

that pork and coke youtube video makes me never want to eat a porkchop again...

that was disturbing.

It's fine in moderation like everything else.

Stay out of All-You-Can-Eat Rib Night and you'll be okay.

Seriously, I went once and paid for it by not leaving the bathroom for a good two hours upon getting home. My girlfriend had to open the windows all around the house.

I ask this because I know its not a part of the gracie diet.(I used to follow the gracie diet a few years back)

Well this morning for breakfast I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal with raisins and honey, and 2 scrampled eggs with chopped porkroast.

during my workout (about 2-3 hours after breakfast) while i was doing situps I noticed my stomach kindof 'gurgling' every time i sat up, my stomach was still full... so I was wondering if maybe pork slows down your rate of digestion or what the deal is with it.

anyone care to elaborate?
your from Hawaii?
