Is meth that bad?

Horrid substance, one of the worst. Thats all Im gonna say about it.

i did my peds residency in springfield Illinois, and apparently it was a big problem over there, they had all the commercial ad campaign geared towards meth abuse, similar to the truth ad campaign to stop big tobacco

I think meth can be really bad shit but there are a surprising amount of people who can use it casually and be ok. (not me, i'd never touch the shit)

I've done it quite a few times. Its pretty nasty, but it can be fun if you can have enough self control to do it rarely. It also makes you super creative.

I don't really think its that much worse than Cocaine tbh.

Well i did throw my cell out the window of a car and stopped any communication with everyone in my family and any of my friends that weren't tweakers for about 2 years. I was also in between residences for that 2 years. I kind of lived out of my car and stayed at dope houses.

Meth sucks it's here in Iowa big time and it makes people bat shit crazy. I worked down in TX & FLA as a shrimper and saw what herorin did to ppl and can say herorin is far worse. The ppl I worked with only purpose in life was work on the boat to get money for dope stay high for 4 to 5 days get dope sick work go back to the dock after being out fishing between 20 - 30 days buy dope get high then get sick work and so on. With tweakers besides being fucking annoying they still do shit it's hard to explain they are the same just annoying and a bit crazy where ppl on dope just seem hopeless and their main goal is just getting more dope.

from what I understand, most street coke is so heavily cut with meth that meth is pretty much the active ingredient.

Eh. I've done alot of drugs, I've definitely had good cocaine. Its just as nasty, especially once you start smoking or shooting it.

Not trying to say meth isn't bad, it is.. I've just done it before and enjoyed it.. Quite a few times, without developing a habit.
 
Meth is one of them drugs that depending on a persons chemical makeup can have wildly varying effects on individuals. Include preexisting mental issues and that's a recipe for disaster
