Is Max Holloway Conor's best win ?

Max shouldve lost to Leonard "Robber" Garcia of all people before that one.

Max was still a 22yo fighting MMA for 3 years and wasnt even a top 30 FW when they fought. They were both prospects and wouldve been killed by the top FWs of they fought them then in 2013.

Its a decent one but Conor has many better wins-Aldo, Eddie, Chad, Nate, Dustin, Cowboy. Shit Buchinger when Conor beat him was very good and better than 2013 Max.

Cowboy and Nate aren't better wins and how is Chad a better win when he got off the coach to fight Conor and Conor still had problems?

Why are people so dumb on Sherdog?

It's Aldo and Alvarez as a great 1-2, and then a gigantic drop to whatever you think his third best win is.

Max (at the time the fight took place), wasn't even on the radar.

Aldo for sure. But the wins against max, Poirier, Diaz were amazing too

The fact that Aldo didn't get a rematch with Conor is frankly an injustice

Every other champion who holds the belt for 2 years gets an immediate rematch
Have u even seen Aldo’s fights after? Wasn’t the real aldo, my friend. Connor may not have knocked him out that fast in the second fight but I am 100% sure he would’ve hurt aldo in many different ways.

Nate diaz although controversial is probably his best win. Max was only out of high school, Dustin was dehydrated, mendes had two days to prepare, Aldo was a fluke, cowboy and Eddie may have attended the same acting lessons.

Aldo his best win, he doesn't have many big wins so not much too pick from.

Aldo by far, Conor was the first man to beat Aldo in the UFC and ended an amazing title reign in 13 seconds

Aldo followed by Edward Alverez

Current Holloway would absolutely murder 170 version of Conor

That's what you think but he already was a top fighter

But right after he was amongst the bests of the division. What's your Timemark?

Starting to smell troll. However...

"Right after" doesn't equal 3-4 years, especially early in a fighter's career.

And that's moot in a sport where fighters advance (or decline) as a function of age and other things.

Do you think we credit Luiz Azeredo with beating "the guy who won 11 straight MW titles fights" just like Chris Weidman did?

Of course not.

This is how I view mcgregors career
Good post
