He’s not particularly big but in shape but I swear even when we’re messing around if he gives you a messing a slap on the back or jokey dig, about ten seconds after it’s like an aftershock goes through you. I'd go with genes. Your ligaments are attached different and muscles can be misleading and you have the faster reflexes.

The speed/technique can come later.

This.. add bone density and hand size to that. It's more Genetics than technique. A guy like Bisping can try to perfect his technique he'll never be able to punch like Dan Henderson or Rampage
