Is KO Power more technique or just lucky genetics ?

Ngannou has knockouts where he's off balance, moving backwards and grazes an opponent. See the Cain knockout. It's absolutely genetics.
He wasn’t off balance, he was stationary and landed a flush uppercut and he didn’t KO him

Off balance, moving backwards, grazing shots. Other heavyweights can't do that.
We see KOs happen like that all the time. He wasn’t moving backwards, he was stationary and caught Cain with an uppercut coming in. It’s timing that KOs these guys.

He was backed up against the cage and off balance, landing a grazing shot. The commentators didn't even know Cain had been hit, even after watching the replay. No one's done that to Cain. We absolutely do not see it all the time, stop bullshitting.

I think it’s genetic. I’ve a friend who I’ve seen spark out several people over the years with literally one punch each time. He’s not particularly big but in shape but I swear even when we’re messing around if he gives you a messing a slap on the back or jokey dig, about ten seconds after it’s like an aftershock goes through you. Just heavy hands.

Not really off balance, he was stationary which gives him more power and Cain walked into it. KOs off balance so happen all the time unless you just started watching mma. Conor KOd Aldo off balance backing up lmao

I'd go with genes. Your ligaments are attached different and muscles can be misleading and you have the faster reflexes.

The speed/technique can come later.
This.. add bone density and hand size to that. It's more Genetics than technique. A guy like Bisping can try to perfect his technique he'll never be able to punch like Dan Henderson or Rampage

Has he actually done this against non washed fighters without shot chins, and actually should be fighting tho?

Cain was the favorite going into their fight.

After fight narrative: Cain is shot

Both can be important factors, but I’m going with genetics, I don’t think Derek Lewis technique is anything spectacular and he will unplug your vegetable garden

it's 100% always technique but genetics can often dictate technique. that's why it's a bit complicated. you can punch harder by changing your technique but some guys are born throwing the more powerful way on instinct.
