im pretty sure hes a financial draw. because of him now, UFC is booked to make 5 PPV event in UAE paid by oil money. he literally just got the UFC 5 big payday events. and trust me in those events Dana doesnt care about PPV cause UFC is paid good.

there's no PPV worldwide the PPV module is only USA Australia and Canada and now the UK as well (Khabib vs Porier is the only PPV this year)
 
He's by far the second most popular ufc fighter internationally and its not even close. That's more important to be a draw in the UFC nowadays, because after the espn deal USA ppv buys don't matter that much. That foreign market oil money is what Khabib brings in.
 
We'll find out soon. We know Poirier isn't a draw, so it'll be up to Khabib to sell this PPV.

I mean, he’s clearly one of the top 5 draws, there’s not many nowadays. Almost 2.5 million people (plus however many millions more saw it on social media) watched him beat the crap out of the biggest star in mma history and the proceed to get into a wild brawl. If you don’t think that entire event made his stock go through roof you’re lying to yourself.
 
He is the second biggest worldwide star. Will he pass Jon Jones in PPV buys? We will find out.

Personally, i dont see how it’s possible to have 16 million instagram followers and not break a million PPV buys by yourself. He has more followers than Canelo and Anthony Joshua put together. This is the time for Khabib to show his worth.

He was worried that would be put on him and make his setence worst.

He didnt know at that point who was in the other car.

He was a young, desperate, celebrity man. People do stupid shit in these situations. I can see it as a mitigating factor.
