Is Jon Jones somewhere having a meltdown right now

He asked for a pay raise and didn't get it. Then said he goes to HW. Deflects from the Reyes rematch, is a big new challenge for him and a move there means bigger pay.

But in reality nothing has happened with him since the Reyes fight. Everything is just talk. Been 9 months since that fight already, yet because of those plans, true or not, he's not being viewed as inactive.

How does this look bad on Izzy? Jon Jones has been in the UFC 10 years and is just moving to HW. Izzy joined 2018 and is moving up to LHW as scheduled in 2021. The year he called out the Jones fight. Izzy actually showing he's a man of his word. Win lose or draw Jon can come back down and fight Izzy especially if Izzy is able to somehow beat Jan

Adesanya has said for a long time that he would go up to LHW in 2021... Typically in reference to fighting Jones too

It's amazing that no one played mind games on Jon Jones, the guy has a very fragile ego, someone like Conor could easily get into his mind.

I am guessing that DC wasn't good at that. It just shows that competition at HW and LHW wasn't nearly good as other divisions.

I seem to recall Izzy himself saying he wasn't ready for Jones a while back.
It's not Jon's job to sit around and wait for Izzy to make up his mind and carry out his plans.
If Izzy wanted to fight him it would have happened by now.
