He's entertaining especially in his prime, he talks about the techniques being displayed and tries to explain them, I like that aspect from him and Cruz.

I agree , but I would say he used to be great 10 years ago. He has become incredibly bias towards people like Izzy because he was the champ , failing to see and comment on the success of the challengers. That being said, the goat commentator is absolutely the champ champ Mr. Cormier.

I think I agree with this. I find him awful these days, but taken overall he's easily the most influential and oftentimes best MMA commentator.

i say hes one of the best at what he does
plus hes entertaining

Most people voting no are contrarians,and just dont like the idea of him being the best,even though he is.

Yeah but on the flipside,his old ass would take 5 minutes to slowly tell a shitty un funny joke,and hed take up more time,by laughing at his shitty old timey bullshit joke.

No way in hell is Quadros or Mauro better than Rogan,unless you like hearing Mama Mia and other corny one liners every fuckin night. Quadros could be pretty bad at times,but its his genuine chemistry with Bas and love of the game that made their teamup fun.

Bas was good,but I dont think he was better than Rogan,but can understand people's preferences towards him.

Jon anik = originally ppl found him robotic and uninspiring, but he’s low key handled analytical commentary very well (with the occasional botch in professionalism)

paul felder = hated the cup check counter he used to bring up, but his voice has been effective for not overdoing the energy yet showing passion in the fights

Laura Sanko = she does research, utilizes said research, focuses on the fights, responds to coworkers with appropriate humor


The rest are not to my liking, including rogan, bisping, and DC. Sorry but they have been unbearable to me personally.

I think they are all good,but i much prefer rogan to be in the booth with any of them.

I'll admit rogan has regressed,but time served,hes still the best. Even if you think they are better than him,they been at it for a relativley short while.

Oh man when I go back and watch old clips of rogan commentary, it’s pretty emotional. His words during Barboza ko of etim, or when Marcus Davis beat Paul Taylor in a comeback, or even when Mir submitted big nog. Also rogan yelling at the ref to stop the fight when Corey hill (RIP) broke his leg.

prime rogan commentary does indeed surpass any current commentators in the ufc, yes
