He is in phenominal shape. For someone who probably has the munchies a lot, he sure as hell doesnt eat doritos and 7-11 burritos at 12am. Did he and Bravo who is 46 I think, find the fountain of youth in whatever substances they may or may not take. If you took the average 50 year old man and put him next to Rogan they would look like his father. Its very inspiring to see guys age so well.

Try signing up to a local gym or something, there's plenty of 50 year old dudes in phenomenal shape, plenty of martial arts instructors who can kick ass well into their 50's and 60's.

Joe looks like your average short guy who lifts weights. He's a bit stumpy to be honest, but for his height and body shape I guess that's pretty good. Nothing exceptional.

He might not be the BADDEST MAN ALIVE, but he's always looking for new health tricks, he lives a very comfortable life where he can basically do whatever he wants, constantly tries new things and meets new people.

I think that's a large part in being healthy as you age, not only keep your body in shape but constantly getting new mental stimuli, new experiences, new challenges.

Yeah, another chemically enhanced 50 y.o. However, Shamrock didn't age well. Wrinkly and greying (Joe shaves his head now so who knows.
