I have a standing agreement, where if I'm offered 2 Mil (ono) for a night of "passion", paid upfront or in escrow with no KPI's attached, it's a green light. Maybe you could get something similar going?
 
The only possible way you can ethically cheat is if you talk about it with your girl before you do it, but I'm not sure if that would be cheating. That would be agreeing on allowing you to have sex with someone else. I don't recommend it, because you will then have to allow her to do the same. If she lets you, my guess is she wants to as well.

Only positive to this is she'd be more likely to be open to a threesome if she agreed. I just don't see too many girls agreeing.
 
If you tell her that you're feeling like wavering and you want to solidify your commitment to her by making sure that she's what you want, and she goes for it, then it could be ethical.

Happened to me, we dated for 2 years after that incident and I never thought about another woman. Surprisingly, she wasn't bitter either.
