And hes helio gracie, he probably knows how to submit you from mount. That is, you have him mounted. So good luck telling him what belt he should have.

humor is lost on you buddy. the internet is serious business! and btw i believe the reason he rocks the blue belt is in protest to the amount of blackbelts that he believes only possess blue belt skill level
 
The Guy has 15 wins by sub and probably just got careless by trying to go for a punch instead of just passing when he had the chance. You can see by the reaction in his face the triangle was tight right away.

I don't care what anyone says, getting "demoted" is fucking ridiculous. If anything, the instructor should evaluate his own ability to teach and grade students when he's finding himself demoting someone that he's responsible for promoting.

Gotta agree with him... Kang's a very good fighter who had a bad fight, that's all. He'll bounce back.

At most tournaments I have been to, the losing brown belt will perform ritual suicide on the mat as it is the only way for him to regain his lost honor.

His brown belt will then be stripped from his body and awarded to the winner of the purple belt division. Thus the cycle can begin again next tournament.
