What would it take to convince these guys?

They are definitely in the 25-50% of Trump's base who will not care as long as the words don't come from his mouth

If you read the thread, what the person is saying is that they have him dead to rights on severe serious crimes against the United States. But in order to not compromise the way intelligence services do things, they are trying to nail him sufficiently on charges publicly acceptable to lay out that still carry serious penalties. That is the reason this is going on so long.

But I agree, people should be told what was done if he legit is compromised by Russia and they have him nailed on it. This sort of infiltration will happen again if the public is not aware of the possibility.
I understand exactly what's going on: the FBI wants their cake and to eat it too. They want these guys to fall without exposing their insane and probably illegal efforts to spy on the president and his administration. I do not see them as the good guys in this. That also doesn't make them the bad guys either because it's clear as day Trump needs to go.

As far as this happening again- I'll argue it goes on every election by Saudi Arabia and Israel.

This is fine, but where do you see an illegal search? I've seen this thrown around a lot and as a former ADA, I haven't seen anything resembling an unlawful search. So what are you referencing?

Make that 95% of Trump's base or 30% of electorate.

Your day better get a hell lot clearer. You can't remove elected President on some very sketchy premise because the left-leaning electorate is upset or whatever else you think he's doing wrong. Nothing Trump has particularly done is in any way worse than his last two predecessors, though granted nobody can outdo Dubya/Cheney one-two punch to the USA.

Rick Gates Tells Mueller About Trump Team’s Dealings With Israeli Intelligence Firm

Rick Gates, the former campaign aide to Donald Trump, is cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into whether individuals from the Middle East worked with the Trump campaign to influence the election, according to two individuals with first-hand knowledge of the investigation.

Gates has answered questions specifically about Psy Group, an Israeli firm that ex-employees say drew up social media manipulation plans to help the Trump campaign, according to sources familiar with the questions. Mueller’s team also asked Gates about interactions with Psy Group’s owner, Joel Zamel, and Lebanese-American businessman George Nader, who worked as an emissary for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the sources said.

I'll just go ahead and collect my winnings now

I just don't think they can catch a handful of billionaires without playing dirty

Rudy looking like he pounded 4 Red Bull’s before going on air.

Rudy is going full “collusion is not a crime and it may have happened.” By the end of this interview Trump might be indicated the way Rudy is speaking.

Too bad no cameras will be on his meeting with Mueller when Mueller has to tell Rudy "Collusion is just a word we use to describe a larger framework of actual crimes, like obstruction."

Rudy will go "look over there!!" and by the time Mueller turns back around, he'll be greeted by Giuliani, going full Mrs. Robinson.

Rudy Giuliani just had a stroke on CNN

It’s what Rudy does. He goes out there every so often to move the goal posts for Trump. This started with nobody in my campaign had any contact with Russians to now, people inside the campaign may have colluded.

Anyways, here's Mueller's filing on why/how they think Manafort violated his plea agreement:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...details-accusations-repeated-lies/2586736002/

Cliffs:
Manafort did a lot of lies. In one instance, he gave three different stories about a 125,000 payment, none of which were true.

In another, he repeatedly changed his story about Kilminick's involvement, (changing it back after being provided with contradicotry evidence)

In another, he claimed not to have contacted the administration. The government noted that they had emails, texts, and testimony establishing his contacts with the administration.

Sorry for the lack of detail. I'm fucked up on cold medicine and also most of this shit is redacted.
