It’s hard to point to an all time exceptionally great period of his career. He struggled with the top tier of the division when the pressure was truly on. But he was willing to fight a lot and as a result, would often get the marketing push from the UFC. Also helps that he’s got a marketable persona. Legend? I don’t know. That is subjective.
