Whoever the first guy is that beats Jones deserves all the credit in the world. Sure, Jones is getting older and didn't look spectacular in his last couple fights, but it's still Jon Jones.

Well you saw how much credit Islam gets for beating Volk and Volk is in his prime. I'm sure it's worth something, but Jones is coming off a 3 year lay off and hasn't looked in his prime since DC rematch. Atleast it'll be a legit win. It also depends how Jones looks, if he comes in like Nick Diaz did on his return I doubt people will rate the win highly.
