He has changed his style over the years and gives the event more energy now. When I used to actually attend UFC events back in the day, he never really shouted so much, he just spoke when announcing but sometimes for a title fight he raised his voice a bit. But last 10 years he has changed and shouts a lot more and gives it more energy.

It suits UFC because MMA is a very high energy sport. Joe Martinez is a real pro, and has a more smooth voice and more of a pro voice than Buffer, but they both have their place I think
