Is Brendan Schaub so bad fighter as people acting or is it just hate ?

Nelson was on tuf so it doesn't go on his pro record it's a preliminary fight of some sorts I forget what they call it sorry
 
He's not a terrible fighter in reality but I wouldn't expect him to ever get to Top 5 without a good bit of luck.
 
Schaub is a decent fighter with the right match ups, but if he fights JDS it will be a mismatch of epic proportions.
 
Mediocre fighter. Delusional too.

I find that pretty difficult to happen. :)

I don't think Schaub is that bad, but there are many guys better. And also many guys MUCH better.
 
I dont like the guy, he had that douchebag vibe on TUF10 and afterwards. but he has pretty good hands and BJJ and is an all around decent fighter. chinny though.

BTW I've rewatched and Demico Rogers was a pretty promising fighter on TUF. he did well vs Schaub before getting submitted. anybody know why he didn't fight anymore after the show?

I can't take you seriously if you say be beat NOg's ass for 3 mins. Seems like you will just use anything to justify Schaub is a good fighter.
 
TS, get your facts straight. Werdum and Minotauro fought standing for little, Werdum won the first round and mainly due to his work on the ground, then later submitted him. Schaub got KTFO by Minotauro, period.

He's got good stand up but he's now afraid to use it, his fights against Lavar and Mitrione were awful because he was afraid to get his chin cracked again... i guess i can't blame him for that.

Not top 10.
 
There's a million reasons not to like him. He's smug, arrogant with no skill to back it up. Joined a grappling tournament to not grapple, yet talked shit afterward. Did his stupid brush off shoulder after ko-ing someone, yet gets KO'd on the regular.

His speed is on a different time zone tho.

I think he's a decent fighter and a very good athlete. I find his personality annoying ans always hope that he loses, but I could easily see him getting on enough of a run to get a title shot. He could beat all but 3 or 4 guys at HW IMO. Not likely, but possible.

The fight was on an actual UFC card and therefor is on his professional record.
 
The guy is talented but can't take a shot. It was his LnP tactics against Johnson that really turned everyone.
 
Lol at beating nog for 3 mins. Schaub after talking all that shyt got knocked out and it's funny.
