Dunno... I think losing to a 40 suma year old Maia is a total fucking embarrassment. It’s not like it was the younger Maia that was rag dolling Chael Sonnen(tho chael is still undefeated and never lost that round)

It's not hard to take from what he said that he practiced jabs, then crosses, then hooks, before learning to use them in combination. Why be a dick?
