Iron Neck

Anyone have any experience with this?
Thoughts and feedback please.
I'm into MMA and feel a strong neck is very important.

My gym ten years ago had this awesome mechanic machine to could stack plates onto and get an awesome neck workout. Never seen one again anywhere which is too bad, it was my favorite machine in the gym.
