For my fellow sadist what instructionals have you added to your game to make you a nightmare to roll with. For me…

1. Power ride by Craig Jones

Upper and lower body control from the top using moves like the Dagestani hand cuffs, the claw, the turk, and half Nelson.

2. Cradle of filth by Neil Melanson

Good ol fashioned cradles won’t make you many friends on the mat.

3. Wrist lock the world by Pete the Greek

It was recently on sale it’s a must pick for anyone interested in wrist locks.

4. Head and Arm Ride by Josh Barnett

Kesa Gatame is a popular technique in Judo and Wrestling but you don’t see it much in jiu Jitsu.

5. The Soul Stealer Scarf Hold by Henry Akins

Stealing souls.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been happy with an instructional; lachlans body lock passing is good but really I could find most of the details on YouTube. And they are so long and drawn out. Damn, he's looking ROUGH. Last I heard from him was on Facebook. I gave him some heartfelt business and personal advice. He made excuses and got all weird. So I trolled him, and he went off on me, said if we cross paths he would beat me down. I told him he'd do no such thing, that he was all talk, and he blocked me.
By the looks of him now, he'd drop dead of a coronary if he tried to actually fight anyone at this point.
Talk about not living up to your potential. Dude's ego ruined his life. What a loser.
