I’ve spent significant time in different parts of the US. White people are different everywhere. Not sure there’s such a thing as “white American culture”.

I heard a few people say that black communities were made from love in that video. I'm not saying they are wrong in every instance, but how much love is going on in Chicago and Baltimore in the black communities?

There are a lot of reason to avoid "black communities" - I just saw some dude get ganked by multiple people coming at him from multiple direction and his wife get knocked out as well. Meanwhile an elected official in that city publicly stated that those people got what they deserved. And you wonder why; as wrong as they are, some would be trying to avoid those people. pfft.

Neighborhoods in places like Chicago and Baltimore arent typically designed as "black communities" via civic investment. Most of those became that way through white flight, redlining, and further sectioning off through road construction. I'm not even advocating for isolationist epicenters as I dont think they ultimately serve a long-term purpose, they just became a solution for economic isolation:



It's a good way to uplift a community but it ultimately has to go further than just "safe spaces." High crime corresponds more directly with wealth inequality as opposed to merely poverty.
