The problem is these folks are trying to bring back real discrimination that minorities did not get protection from until very, very recently. It was not that long ago that there were thousands of 'towns' that refused to sell property to minorities..... Or let them use their restaurants.....and stores......or even be in in the fucking town after sundown. It took many decades of laws being written and enforced to unravel that. So I think the idea of a actual town that wants to violate federal discrimination laws is just a non-starter.
The whole 'who are they hurting- leave them alone' argument is absurd on it's face. And what size could a racist town get to before we go 'enough now'? 400? 4000? 400,000?
Maybe we can just have lots of places like this and they can have a Negro Motorist Greenbook like they did less than 90 years ago so black people knew where they could travel to avoid being killed.
