Seems like the InfoWars business model is rather grey.
1) They obviously deliberately peddle CT bullshit to attract a slice of the population that is extremely gullible to this sort of thing.
2) They try to peddle products to sell on their show that seem to be questionable nutrition products.
It's almost like selling shit go going senile elderly people, but instead they target the going crazy idiots in society.
It really scrapes the bottom of the barrel.
I'm pretty much a free speech super fan, but it gets murky when you know deliberately dishing out this bullshit makes a segment of your unhinged audience do quite damaging things and the things you say can be rather harmful. The whole school shooting crisis actor thing is Westboro Church level trolling. The thing though is it's not easy to know the boundaries between art and pornography, except you know it when you see it.
Lot of grey area in this one, but my God is Alex Jones a piece of shit and anybody who takes his schtick remotely serious is really fucking stupid.
It seems grey and murky to you because you have listened to only listened to the prosecution, and seeing as they have totally discredited the witness to you, you have put cotton in his ears.
1). Alex Jones has been proven right about more conspiracy theories than wrong, offers evidence and usually sources everything he says with verifiable documents and sources - i.e. Kuwait Baby Incubator Incident and Gulf Of Tonkin which led to two of the bloodiest wars in the 20th Century, not to mention WMD's in Iraq and USA hiding Saudi Arabia's involvement in Iraq.
The reason he is so over the top is because he splices comedy and theatrics to grab people and wake them up. There are other historians which delve in to the Marxist agenda Andy Givernment corruption, like Alan Watt, but no body listens because they are too intellectual. Noam Chomsky is Alex Jones but with a MIT professors job.
This is the same info as Alex but lets see how long it keeps your attention:
2) RE the issue of his supplements and store's goods:
This is actually one of the things that allows Alex to not be compromised and controlled. A business needs income and you can either sell out to other commercial interests (like how CNN sells out to Big Pharma), sell out to big money backers (like TYT did), or you can sell your own products like Joe Rogan does with Onnit. The products Alex sells are essentially the same exact products as Joe Rogan, mostly vitamins, camping supplies, water filters, clothes, and if you don't like them, you do not have to buy them. It is as simple as that. And even you must surely admit, that buying all natural vitamins is much better than getting on Big Pharma junk like CNN does.
You call his listeners gullible and stupid, yet, who has Alex killed or what Wars has he manufactured consent for? Alex never knowingly lied about Iraq soldiers taking Kuwaiti babies out of incubators and throwing them on the ground, which then led to Persian Gulf, cost trillions of dollars and killed millions of people. You knew that tho, right? The real gullible ones are those that only read headlines and do not bother to research, only listen to the prosecution and not the defense. The real gullible ones are those that are fine with free speech being suspended for political means, because they are brainwashed in to duopolistic think and the mean stream media propaganda machine.
Question: Do you think Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone? I ask that because you keep on throwing out the term "conspiracy theorist", but Id bet you anything that you did not know that term was coined & invented in 1968 by the CIA to stop getting people to question if the government had any involvement and/or were covering anything up at JFK's death. It was circulated in the mainstream media and did its job, with nearly 90% public skeptics about the single shooter theory to only about 30% with in a decade. It worked too, because people ARE gullible if they only watch MSM and do not bother to do research.
