Jack Dorsey of Twitter isn't backing down. He isn't banning Jones.
I never thought I'd have anything positive to say about twitter. Holy shit. Thumbs up to that hipster looking asshole. I might have to sign up just to give him one of those heart things. In response to continued calls for Twitter to ban Jones from the site, Dorsey bluntly explained why Twitter has not joined Apple, Facebook, YouTube, and many other companies in barring Jones for disseminating hate speech, among other things. In a lengthy thread, Dorsey not only maintained that Jones has not violated any of Twitter’s policies but framed the backlash against Jones as “political” and suggested that it’s up to the news media, not Twitter staff, to police accounts like Jones’s that “sensationalize issues and spread unsubstantiated rumors.”

so you support censorship sometimes? fascistawful trolling...
because if you have an IQ over 70, you should be able to differentiate between standard banning because of insults, child locks and political censorship easily. Especially in this context. Of course people address political censorship here and the outrage is that it is related to discrimination.
yes..... do you own facebook?"Private companies"

But Jones isnt being censored because of his politics........ he's being banned for inciting hatred. For spreading disinformation and being a general assholeI don't support political censorship, never![]()
Yeah, this development has been fucking hilarious. These fuckwits love Alex Jones so much that they would actually hand over control of social media to the fucking government, rather than admit they got served what they deserved. Are you claiming that these companies are under government control? Companies that are not under direct government control are private sector companies. Maybe you need to try and learn the difference between private sector, and public sector.

Bro, the lobbyists give billions because they just want to see America be an awesome place. They don't influence the politicians at all.Are you claiming that these companies are under government control? Companies that are not under direct government control are private sector companies. Maybe you need to try and learn the difference between private sector, and public sector.

That will change in time. They have ways of making Dorsey's life a living hell.Jack Dorsey of Twitter isn't backing down. He isn't banning Jones.
A good listen.
That Jimmy Dore though... really been digging his show as of late. Nothing but cold hard facts mixed in with some f bombs and a little humor. Was glad to see him back on Rogan. You know when Jimmy Dore is supporting Alex, something is really messed up. I'm much more in the left too but this is absolutely absurd and totally politically motivated.
Joe threw his buddy under the bus with the rest of them. When he started distancing himself from the Trump faction, conspiracy theorists (even tho Joe built his brand off that) and started hammering Alex over the Hillary-MSM started "Sandy Hook! Sandy Hook!" talking points, you knew he got a stern talking to and something was rotten in Denmark. Joe has tons of influence now, makes tons of money from these monopolized platforms, and he has to be very careful to not end up like his Texas buddy, or atleast being shadow banned or demonetized like a reported 93% of like minded people now are.
I also have noticed a lot of YT'ers that market themselves as being 'centrist objectives', like Boogie2988 or Phillip DeFranco following suit and repeating MSM talking points about Alex I citing violence against others and "Sandy Hook Sandy Hook Derp hatespeech derp". It's shocking to see either how I'll informed they are and how much they want to stay at the YouTube trough. Lets face it, someone like Boogie2988 would have no possible way of making a decent income without YouTube, he can't even make it up a flight of stairs after all.
