Inactive fighters should be taken out of the rankings after a year.

No matter what. If someone has not fought in a year they should be taken out of the rankings. If they are champions, they should be stripped. If they come back they will get a ranked opponent and can reclaim their spot or a title shot if they were stripped.

This would allow fighters to get more recognition and allow the UFC to push active fighters as being a higher ranked and give them more recognition. No way Nate Diaz should be ranked 8th when he doesn't fight and hasn't fought. No way Conor should have his belt still.
