Hey there sherdoggers. I would like to know which position is your favorite for a good night of sleep ? Are you more a stomach sleeper ? Do you sleep on your back or prefer sleeping on the side ?

Left hand under pillow, right hand tucked up under neck facing a portable air con unit. I hate being hot in bed so I have that, an upright fan and a ceiling fan. I don't want to run the air con in the whole house in the winter because the cats will get cold but the bedroom has to be cold for me to be able to sleep properly.

I also need a fan with noise in order to sleep well. Without a fan air noise I can’t sleep at all

It was the noise why I started using one living in a city to block out the outside noise. I live in a quiet area now but still like having the air con and fan noise.
