Because there is an element of chance and we learned nothing from Connor vs aldo except that Connor has the power to KO aldo. Does Connor have the skills to stop aldo's grappling? We don't know. Does Connor have the ability to outstrike aldo over five rounds if he doesn't finish aldo early? We don't know. Wouldn't aldos leg kicks be effective against connor or would he defend them? Don't know. Versus Ronda vs holm left no questions. Holm demonstrated that she can shut down Ronda's game and dominate her without question. The likely hood of Connor repeating that against aldo is almost zero and we have no idea how it would play out. It's most similar to Cain vs jds. I'm the first fight jds ko'd Cain in a minute, but we learned in the next two fights Cain has the ability to dominate jds if he avoids that early shot.

Make a few million for an easy fight he has no chance of losing and prove you're the far superior fighter seems like a win win doesn't it.

Why does everyone forget the bit where he predicted word for word the exact start and finish of the fight and is even seen pre fight in the dressing room acting out what turned out to be - THE WHOLE FIGHT.

- I don't think I've seen another fighter get owned so bad in all my life.
No one brings this up when the haters go on about 'lucky punch'

Part of me wonders if the mental game was involved, but honestly, if it was then thats only more of a reason why aldo loses a rematch, if someone pissed u off before how do u think seeing a video of you being kod and hammer fisted will make u calmer right?
 
The win was legit but a rematch is necessary.

GSP got ko'd by Serra.
Cain got ko'd by JDS.
Jacare got ko'd by the Moose.

Someone that was champ for 6 years deserves another shot.

Aldo tried to duck Conor but failed, got brutally KO'd.

Edgar and Conor are not remotely similar, they are as different as Bisping and Rumble.

Aldo beating Edgar means nothing, that division is dead until some beats Aldo.

Domination in the terms of mma is like what gsp was doing or anderson.

When a fight ends in 10 seconds domination cannot be considered. You merely landed a great punch. That is not as impressive as if conor went 5 rounds winning every moment in every round.

Tone it down McGregor isn't even close to p4p status nor will he ever go down as a goat.
