I'm sorry but we were robbed of an epic fight between Aldo and McGregor.

I get it Frankie deserves his shot, but I still feel a little cheated that the Aldo fight ended so quick. I really wanted to see their styles clash in a epic fight to see what style is truly superior. Conor won that clash due to Aldo's mistake and Conor's ability to capitalize on mistakes. But lets run that one back shall we? I really want to see what Conor will do against a fighter who carries that dutch kickboxing style better than any other fighter in the UFC. I want to see Conor's reaction when he feels Aldo's shin bone dig into his thigh. Conor laughs it off with other fighters but can he maintain his poker face with Aldo's?

If we want to see what Conor is capable of if he moves up to fight LW's then we need to see him vs Aldo. That will be the fight to tell us where he is at. Conor beating Frankie still wont teach us about what Conor can do against RDA, Pettis, Barboza, ect. If Conor can go in and get some rounds with Aldo then we have a better understanding of how he will do.

Give the 10 year undefeated champ his rematch. He beat Frankie. He's in the Gym and is training. He is talking smack. He's pissed. This is the fight to make. Tell Frankie to stay ready to jump in if someone gets injured. Thats it.

Aldo is in the gym. What is Frankie doing besides begging on instagram?

But that's the thing, Aldo is most likely a much easier fight for him. I'd prefer to see a fresh match up against a wrestler.

gotta disagree bro, Frankie deserves his shot

Aldo can get back in line

A match-up between Conor and Frankie is much more stylistically intriguing.

Jag doesnt want to see Frankie butcher the last remaining remnants of Conor. Its okay man, it will be okay

I agree that we need to see a 2nd fight between Aldo and Conor. But for Aldo to call Conor a p*ssy after moving up 2 weight classes and losing is seriously weak sauce.

What is aldo doing besides demanding a rematch and turning it down when it's offered?

I am a huge Aldo fan, but he has a history of pulling out of fights. He had his shot and lost.

I think it's a given he'd get another title shot if he has one more fight. Aldo/Hollloway would make a great main event and number one contender's fight.

I won't be convinced they're actually making Cloner/Frankie until they weigh in.

How long is Frankie out for?

With his injury, he may not be next in line anyway.

Aldo had 2 events already. He shouldn't have rushed in carelessly like an amateur.

Don't be sorry, pal.

We seen what Conor was capable of fighting LW's. He just lost to the #6 ranked LW

Fighting a FW wont prove anything about how he will fare at 155 when he just fought a LW and lost.

How many times has Frankie been gifted a title shot and rematches tho? He can afford to wait a little more.

Frankie is on the most impressive run of his career. Give em the fuckin shot.

he is more reliable though, if he signs for a fight he turns up..... unlike Aldo. Plus he is deserving due to his win streak
