Fightpass. In canada all events are available on a immediate replay basis. So once the televised prelims are done you can start watching those, by the time you do the main card will be over and you can start watching that.

The TSN deal is rubbish. Really bad UFC coverage. Never know what events your getting or on what channel.

Only fight pass exclusive content is aired live on Fight pass... All FS1 cards and FOX cards are blacked out now.

Canada also gets all fs1/fs2 televised prelims live too (not just the fightpass exclusive).
Everything else is available to watch immediately after the event is finished.
