Ilia looked the same as he always does, his power is the difference maker, almost perfect technique with a lot of pop on all his shots.

He is the best right now at 45 no question.

He looked similar to how he normally does in early rounds. He's got a good enough chin that he can take a few to learn his opponent's tendencies, and then find openings. He's got power that will be difficult for anyone in that division.

I also think Ilia/Lopes is the fight to make.

It could be a detriment to some fighters in going about it that way, but Topuria has the cheat code of having enormous power in his punches. Once he finds his openings, it's almost like it's a matter of time. Great technique, great grappling, great chin, great power...once he finds a window you're fucked lol
